My first year of the course was different then the second because I had more self control. Also I knew my body a lot better because of the previous lessons. Additionally, in my second year I had more experience with the teachings in the lessons and how the lessons would be conducted so the course went more smoothly than my first year.

The first year of the course I was trying to find out what to do with the new tool that I was gaining and to see if the lessons were effective or not. In my second year of the course I was able to express myself better than the first year because I understood myself a lot better than the first year.

In my first year I was not able to make connections between the lessons and real world problems, while in the second year of the course the lessons clicked a lot more. I was able to find a use for the new knowledge that I had gained during the course. Also I was able to make connections with my purpose in the world and all that I can be.
