Aligned Center Panel Discussion: Coping with Loss

EVENT DETAILS

The holidays can be an especially challenging time to navigate grief. How can we heal, cultivate resilience, honor ourselves, find comfort, and develop the strength to move forward after loss–at any time, and especially during the holiday season? Join us for this special evening, as we hear from a panel of experts from a diverse array of backgrounds, trainings, experiences and perspectives, on the nature of death through their respective lenses, and how those lenses inform the process of coping resiliently with loss.
